I have used James(Jim) Miller a few times with my property company. I would avoid using this company. I asked Jim to check out a blocked drain in the shower en-suite. He informed me that the shower hole was to small to drain water. This was not the case last year. I stated I would be happy to have a new en-suite but Jim did not want the work due to a previous job gone wrong which cost him £1500 on his insurance(claim £5000). He said this was not his fault. Whilst Jim was here I asked him to fix two new toilet seats due to them being broken. The current ones are a decent product and I wanted the same product or the best next thing. Jim said it would be £75 per toilet seat. Once he had got the product and fitted. The invoice was £200 which I paid. After, Jim was talking and told me the toilet seats were only £40 ones. The product quality is extremely awful compared to what was on before. So, I have been charged £120 to fit two toilet seats. Jim said this charge also included checking the shower drain. However no work was taken. When he checked the shower he said he wouldn’t charge me for this. Do not use this service. Always check what your getting is what they say. Feeling frustrated and scammed for two toilet seats.
